What is a dermal filler??
Hyaluronic acid–based fillers are injectable gels that restore volume, smooth folds, and redefine facial contours while maintaining the natural expression of the face. HA is a molecule naturally present in the skin, capable of binding water and contributing to skin hydration and suppleness. The gels are stabilized to last longer than natural HA.

Upper third (forehead, temples, eyes)
Objectifs : to relax the eyes, smooth the eyelid-cheek transition, restore convexity to the temples, gently open the upper third.
Durée typique : 9–18+/- depending on area/frost.
Tiers moyen
Objectifs : restore the point of light of the cheekbone, soften folds, support the middle of the face for a natural “lift” effect.
Durée typique :9 -15+/- depending on frost and area.

Objectifs :Redraw contours, restore volume, hydrate lips, soften folds, improve chin projection/balance, define the jawline.

Processing procedure
- Cannula : for fragile areas (dark circles, lips, cheeks), less bruising
- Needle : more precise for structure (chin, jaw, nose)
- Antiseptic cleaning
- Anesthetic cream or products with lidocaine
- Needle or cannula injections , depending on the area and the desired effect
- Total duration: 20 to 45 minutes
- Cannula : for fragile areas (dark circles, lips, cheeks), less bruising
- Needle : more precise for structure (chin, jaw, nose)
- Redness, swelling, bruising possible 48-72 hours
- Immediately visible result, stabilized in 10-14 days
- Avoid sauna, intense sport and massage for 48 hours

Contraindications
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Active skin infection
- Active or unstable autoimmune disease
- Severe allergy/anaphylaxis to any of the components

It depends on the area and the initial volume. Estimated averages:
- Lips: 1 syringe
- Cheekbones: 1-2 syringes
- Jaw: 2-4 syringes
- Dark circles: 1 syringe
Possible side effects: hematomas, temporary asymmetry, nodule, inflammatory reaction. Very rare: vascular necrosis (immediate treatment possible at the DUO clinic).
